Pink Drink Menu
Berry Bubbly
4 strawberries
1 oz. aged rum
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. strawberry liqueur
bubbly
Shake then strain into a Champagne flute,
topping with your favorite bubbly.
Muddle four strawberries in the bottom of a shaker,
and then fill with ice cubes.
Add aged rum, simple syrup, and strawberry liqueur.
Shake then strain into a Champagne flute,
topping with your favorite bubbly.

The Pink Lady
1 ½ ounces gin
¾ ounce applejack
¼ ounce lemon juice
1-2 dashes grenadine
1 egg white
Maraschino cherry for garnish
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with the cherry

Pink Bikini
Sip this pink coconut libation and be transported to the Bahamas!
1 (1.75-liter) bottle raspberry lemonade
1 ¾ cups coconut rum
1 cup amaretto liqueur
Combine raspberry lemonade, coconut rum,
and amaretto liqueur in a large pitcher.
Stir well, and serve over iced coconut shells.

Chambord Pink-Tini
1 oz Chambord
1 oz honey vodka
4 raspberries
1 oz lime juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into crushed ice-filled rocks glass.
Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with two raspberries.

Pink Cosmo
1.5 oz Belvedere Pink Grapefruit
5 oz Sous Vide fresh cranberries
1 oz Moet & Chandon Nectar syrup
Combine all and shake with cubed ice
and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Pink Mar-Tea-Ni
1 oz Pink Dragon-fruit infused vodka or gin
Infuse 1 tsp of tea in 3.5 oz of vodka for 4-8 hours
1/2 oz triple sec
2 oz Pink Dragon-fruit, chilled
Mix all liquids and pour into martini glass. Garnish with citrus fruits.

The French Kiss
2 oz Chambord
2 oz Vodka
2 oz dark Creme de Cacao
3 oz half and half
Two chocolate kisses as garnish
Except for the chocolate garnishes,
place all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
and shake vigorously.
Strain and garnish with the chocolate kisses.

Cherry Noir
½ part Grey Goose Cherry Noir
1 part Noilly Prat French Dry Vermouth
1 part Simple Sugar
½ part sprig of fresh red currants garnish
Muddle a sprig of red currants with sugar in the base of a Boston glass.
Add Grey Goose Cherry Noir and Noilly Prat.
Top with cubed ice and shake.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a sprig of red currants.
